The COVID-19 vaccine is here – now what?
There are currently two vaccines approved by the FDA for emergency use in the U.S. Due to limited supply, vaccination is taking place in phases. Those at the highest risk are currently receiving the vaccine in earlier phases across the country. These phases vary by state and in some cases, by county.

Yes. According to the CDC, COVID-19 vaccines are being carefully evaluated in clinical trials and are only authorized or approved if they are believed to be safe and make it less likely you’ll get COVID-19.
