Today, Reyes Holdings is the sixth largest privately held company in the U.S. delivering over 1.3 billion cases of our products a year to +225,000 customer accounts around the globe. But our success didn't come overnight - from humble beginnings, our business has grown exponentially over the past 46 years into the global leader we are today.
Founded by two brothers, Chris and Jude Reyes, in 1976 with a Schlitz beer distributor in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the business remains family-owned and operated to this day.
A few short years after inception, the beer business expanded to Georgia and then Chicago with Chicago Beverage Systems - the longest operating beer distributor under Reyes Beer Division. Our business later expanded into food distribution with the acquisition of Martin Brower, the largest global distributor of McDonald's. In 2016, we entered the Coca-Cola system and are now Coca-Cola bottlers and distributors throughout the Midwest, Tennessee, Kentucky, California and Nevada under the banner of Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling.
