RBD SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH BAY AREA BEVERAGE COMPANY

ROSEMONT, IL – APRIL 20, 2020. Harbor Distributing, L.L.C. has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Bay Area Beverage Company in Northern California. The transaction is scheduled to close on Friday, June 12, 2020 and will roll into Reyes Beer Division’s existing Golden Brands operations in Northern California.

The acquisition will add approximately 8 million cases and nearly 3,000 new customer accounts, and includes brands from key suppliers such as Molson Coors, Heineken USA, Constellation Brands, Diageo, Mike’s and Lagunitas.
