New Leave Policies: Parental and Military

Effective January 1, 2023, two new leave policies will go into effect for our enterprise employees: parental leave and military leave. These are two exciting additions to our total rewards package that we are proud to offer employees. Learn more about these new programs below:

Father

Parental Leave:

  • New paid leave for baby bonding for both mothers and fathers. Includes both birth and adoption. This is in addition to the maternity pay policy.

  • Eligible employees will receive 100% of their pay during the four weeks of leave.

  • Eligible employees must be employed for one year before they may take parental leave.

  • The policy is available for births and adoptions on or after January 1, 2023.

Soldier

Military Leave:

  • New paid leave for military personnel for two weeks per year to satisfy their reservist requirements.

  • Eligible employees will receive 100% of pay during the two weeks of leave.

  • Eligible employees will no longer need to take PTO or unpaid during these two weeks.

  • The policy is available for military personnel beginning on or after January 1, 2023.
