Today, our employee development programs continue to reflect these foundational principles and nurture growth by providing a range of personal and professional development opportunities to all levels of employees.

  • ReyesUP! – An invite-only six-month program for entry-level leaders consisting of six modules designed to develop leadership skills and set them up for future success.

  • LEAP – A 5-day frontline leadership program available to all supervisor+ employees covering leadership, communication, coaching, management and change execution skills.

  • REACH – An invite-only executive acceleration leadership training program intended to expand the leadership pipeline by advancing the readiness of our high-potential leaders in order to have people ready to move into executive-level roles as the company grows.

  • ReyesXL - A high quality, expert-driven, engaging executive leadership training program that helps equip existing executives with the skills, style and mindset needed to excel at the executive level.

  • Mind Tools – An on-demand online library available to all Reyes Family of Businesses employees with articles, training guides, podcasts, books, interviews and much more covering professional skills and topics.

  • Business Skills Courses - Four virtual, instructor-led courses open to all employees that cover the subjects of: Analyzing & Applying Data, Creating Compelling Presentations, The Power of Effective Time-Management & ​​​​​​​Negotiating to Win-Win.

  • Educational Assistance Program – Employees who have been with the RFB for over a year can receive up to $10,000 annually in education reimbursement.

  • Pepperdine School of Business Partnership - Employees are eligible for tuition discounts and merit scholarships through the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business.
